Bianco di Puro

Bianco di Puro

bianco di puro blender logo When Bianco di Puro launched its products on the high-speed blender market, it was a real milestone. The Cologne company brought a fresh breeze to the market. Their new design concept, the modern controls and a wide variety of colors inspired the whole market. The product range extends from entry-level models for less than 300 € to professional kitchen blenders that are priced at around 1200 €.

Obviously, this price difference must be rewarded: the professional models of Bianco di Puro are equipped with a brushless DC motor and some more advanced features.

Hello,
I have the Bianco Primo+.
Unfortunately, my container is no longer watertight. I use it very often and now the container is leaking.
Which containers can be obtained as replacements?
Looking forward to your message. Thank you very much.

How many revolutions does the Primo S have?
8/3/2023
Carla von GrüneSmoothies.de
Hello,

the Primo S reaches a peak of 28,000 rotations per minute, although these numbers are rarely helpful... For example, two blenders with 28,000 rotations per minute can result in different outcomes when blending one liter of water, with one blender ending up at 10,000 rotations and the other at 5,000 rotations...

Additionally, long blades tend to slow down the rotation speed more, but still blend better because the speed at the tip of the blade is higher compared to shorter blades.

What I'm trying to say is that the Primo S, even though it doesn't reach 30,000 rotations, delivers excellent blending results for green smoothies (with wild herbs) that are hard to find in its price range.

Best regards,

Carla

Hello, I am looking for a blender for green smoothies. I use herbs like goutweed, nettle, dandelion and leaves from shrubs like currants and raspberries. Which one can you guys recommend for me. It should have 30 000 revolutions I have read. Currently I have a blender from WMF but it is a bit overwhelmed. Thank you for your answer.

Hello,

for wild herb smoothies, the Primo S blender would be particularly suitable. More important than the rotation speed is the length of the blade for wild herb smoothies. That's where the Primo S excels.

Is there a reason why you don't have the Bianco Puro S in your range?

Carla von GrüneSmoothies.de
Hello Franziska,

since the blender market is now quite competitive, from a certain point we had only included products from Bianco di Puro in our range that have a strong unique selling point. These are mainly the higher-priced models with low-wear brushless DC motor and entry-level models, such as Primo S or Attivo with an attractive price/performance ratio and compact dimensions.

This is by no means to say that the other models from Bianco di Puro, such as Puro S or Verde are bad or similar, but we do not want to offer them at the moment.

Kind regards
Carla

We have a Bianco Puro / model forte BFWH1501140
green smoothies succeed great, but with pesto or hummus
unfortunately it does not work, because the container is too large.
Is there another container we could purchase in addition?
Kind regards Jutta

Hello Jutta,

thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, we cannot exactly assign the designation "BFWH1501140". There are two models of the "forte", the "forte" and the "forte 2.0", which both use a different container system. The "forte" was sold much more often and has a rather large container bottom, which makes pesto and hummus in small quantities impossible, which is probably why you have this model.

For this, we recommend the Uno container as a supplement for small amounts of pesto or hummus:

An overview of all recommended and compatible containers for "bianco di puro" can be found here:

I hope this information helps you. Otherwise please call our customer service.

Very good lineup!
My question arises from the tip!:
How is the Gusto different from the other models that it is the "tip"? If I read it correctly, it seems that the same motor is installed in all models
Kind regards and thanks in advance for the answer !

Hello Andre,

thank you very much for your nice feedback!
Regarding your question: Compared to the other blenders with brushless motors, the Bianco Gusto is our tip because it comes with two containers. This gives you all the preparation options in large and small quantities and the Canto container with its long blades can play out its strengths optimally, as it sits on a powerful brushless motor

Carla

Oz
Hi there, great job with the work you are doing, keep it up! I'm very interested in the technical specifications. Which blender(s) use Brushless-DC motors, and what speed do the devices with the mentioned motors achieve? Another interesting point for me is which device can mix under vacuum. Are there one or ideally several devices that meet all 3 criteria? Thank you in advance! Oz

Carla von GrüneSmoothies.de
Hi Oz,

Thank you very much for the flowers!

The brushless models we offer are:

Bianco Tune Pro
Bianco Patto Pro
Bianco Gusto (Tip!)
Bianco Gusto Pro

The speeds are the same for all these models: 400 - 15,000 RPM.

The optional vacuum pump works with all these models.

I hope I could help you a step further in your research!

Best regards,

Carla

Enrica
Hello, I would like to buy a Bianco, but I'm not sure which one to choose. I definitely want one that I can use to make cashew butter and then turn it into cashew cheese. Would the Volto be suitable for this, or rather the Piano or Puro?
Thanks for the help!
6/10/2021
Carla von GrüneSmoothies.de
Hello Enrica,

thank you for your question. The Piano is actually no longer available. Unfortunately, the Volto N has a base that is too wide, so it would only be suitable with the additional "Uno" container. Therefore, the only option left is the Puro Originale. Alternatives would be the Attivo or the Wartmann blender.

Best regards,

Carla
